NCDC Records 627 New Cases Of COVID-19 In Nigeria, See Details

Cases of COVID-19 in Nigeria has exceeded 15000 after the Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) announced 627 new cases.
Jameela News reports that the NCDC gave this update through their account on microblogging site Twitter, on Friday, June 12.
According to the breakdown on Twitter, Lagos state recorded the highest number with 229 new cases while the FCT followed with a distant 65 new cases.
Despite the ease of lockdown in some parts of the country and eased curfew which is now 10 pm to 4 am, Nigeria now has a total of 15181 COVID-19 cases across the federation.

Meanwhile, Lagos State, the epi-centre of COVID-19, remains the worst-hit with at least 6840 cases and 82 deaths.
The FCT follows with distant 1162 cases and 25 deaths.
