Akpabio Called To Contest In 2023 Presidency

Akpabio has been called to contest the 2023 presidency.

Jameela News reports that Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Senator Godwill Akpabio has been called to contest the 2023 presidential election.

This online news platform learns that Professor Gbenga Ibileye, the Dean, School of Postgraduate Studies, Federal University in Lokoja, Kogi State, urged the Minister to contest while reviewing the maiden edition of a magazine ‘The National Interest’ at the Mambayya House in Kano on Sunday.

Professor Gbenga Ibileye said: “As far as all the qualities of leadership are concerned, Akpabio is competent, capable, honest and truthful enough. He is not too young to run and not too old to lead.

“I, therefore, use this avenue, as a matter of fact, to urge him to answer our call and contest for the seat of president in 2023.”

Jameela News reports that the Professor said Akpabio is one of the unifiers of the nation and can tackle all the challenges facing the country if given the mandate.
