Assaulted Cabman Breaks Down In tears Over Seized Car

The cabman in a viral video who was assaulted by security operatives at the Lekki Tollgate during the EndSARS memorial on Wednesday, October 20 has taken to social media to cry over his seized car and call for help.
Jameela News reports that the man who identified himself as Adedotun Clement revealed he was in his car going about his work when he heard gunshots and decided to come down from his car to take shelter in a safe place.
However, the police nabbed him as he came down from the car and insisted he entered a Black Maria which he resisted. While he resisted being taken into the Black Maria he was beaten and one of the officers brought out a pepper spray and sprayed it directly in his eyes.
Clement in a video he shared on social media revealed he has been released by the police but he’s yet to retrieve his car that was seized.
In the video, the cabman broke down in tears while pleading with Nigerians to help him get back his car; which he described as his only source of income and life.
