All Applicants seeking admission into any Polytechnics, Universities, or Colleges Of Education in Nigeria must write The Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) to be eligible to participate in their various school admission exercises.

After the UTME is conducted by The Joint Admissions And Matriculation Board (JAMB) most schools do also conduct a Post Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (POST UTME) to test various candidate’s efficiency and to use the exam as criteria for admitting qualified candidates.
